• Major pm with complete system inspection and wipe down (using factory filters).
• Minor pm with 2 hour load bank test and complete system inspection and wipe down.
• Training anytime you need it. (I want you to be 100% comfortable with your system operation.)

RECOMMENDED SERVICE INTERVALS

At Generation Systems Inc., we place reliability and peace of mind as top priorities. We have recommended service intervals for the cooling system and starting system of your generator.

Every 3 years

• Battery replacement
• Block heater hose replacement to include block heater hose clamps

Every 6 years

• Battery replacement
• Coolant and all hoses replaced to include all hose clamps.

Reliability of your generator is most important to us. We want to be clear that these are recommendations and ultimately our customer’s decision on whether or not these service intervals are followed.

GENERATION SYSTEMS INC. SERVICE AGREEMENT

Our service agreement is a great way to not only get the best care for your equipment, but also get the best price. We honor the pm contract labor rate for all our services provided to you, whether pm service or major repairs! We want you to know we appreciate your business! Below you will find a list of the items inspected at each of our service interval. Once again with a service agreement you will get a total of 3 services per year: 1) Major pm, 2) Minor pm with or without Load bank, 3) (free service) Minor pm. Our services can be tailored to satisfy your specific needs. We are here to provide a service to our customers and “you will get the best service available for the best price.” Each service also includes training. Or if we need to provide training for a new employee, that is also a free service we provide.
